House-Building Industry & Relationship Marketing

Is there more to successful house-building than ‘Location, location, location’?  Turns out there is.  But no one had looked at it much before my MBA dissertation. And what of “Relationship Marketing”?  Is there really any substance to the suggestion it can build brand value?  Could be.  If so it's worth millions of pounds in brand leverage and revenue stream security.
